Shipping Information

If you have any questions regarding our shipping please don’t hesiate to contact us.

1. Shipment processing times

We endeavor to process, pick, pack and ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during high volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Please contact us if you need the item by a specific date.


2. Methods of shipping and delivery time

We use a wide range of postal and courier services for shipping to offer the most economical method. All items purchased are sent using a trackable service. If you are on a tight timescale and have a specific date that the item is required by then please contact us first and we will advise to the best of our ability whether the item will arrive before your date.


3. Costs

ALL items are shipped FREE within the Spanish peninsula. Shipping costs for other areas are calculated on the cart page added to the order total. We always endeavour to minimise the cost of shipping on all orders by using a range of different couriers. Ocassionally we encounter an issue where the price quoted is excessive. If this occurs then please contact us and we will endeavour to find an alternative more economic option.


4. Shipping restrictions

We are only able to ship to full addresses. We require a full address including postcode for the couriers. We require a contact telephone number for the courier. We are not able to ship to PO boxes. We are currently only to ship to addresess within Europe. If you are located outisde this area then please contact us and we will happily give you a quote for shipping your chosen items.


5. Tracking orders

Every order is shipped using a trackable method. Once the package is with the shipping agent you will recieve an email with the tracking number. You can track your order on the carriers website.


6. Damaged or lost items

While we package all items are securly as possible accidents happen. If you recieve a damaged item please contact us within 1 day and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. NOTE – Any damage to the packaging or contents must be noted on the delivery couriers paperwork so we can claim against the courier.


7. Packaging

We always package every item securely to ensure a safe delivery. Wherever possible we will reuse existing cardboard boxes. This means that you may recieve your item in boxes branded with other companies logos. We feel stongly that there is no point in adding to landfill and purchasing new boxes purely to ship an item from point A to point B. The packing filling used for protecting the items are produced from recycled materials wherever possible, this means that all your packaging can be reused or recycled.


8. Custom and import taxes

If you are located outside of the Spainish peninsula then your items may be subject to local custom and/or import taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional taxes or charges incured due to your countries legislation. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued from items returned as a result of non payment of local duties or taxes.
